We are aware that Family disputes and separation can be very stressful for everyone involved. We fully understand this and will work alongside you.
Our aim is to reach a constructive, agreed settlement wherever possible. Where this is not possible, we undertake Court proceedings in the most cost-effective way, keeping you informed of what is happening at each stage of the process.

Fixed Fee's
• Divorce£650 plus VAT + court fee of £550
Total £1,330. If we are acting on the divorce we require payment before we can prepare the documentation in respect of this figure of £1,330.
Our Fixed Fees Include:
The fixed fee includes an initial appointment with you to obtain the information required to prepare the Divorce Petition
• Preparing the Divorce Petition
• Applying for the Decree Nisi
• Applying for the Decree Absolute
Provided the matter does not become unduly protracted the correspondence to the Court and the other party/their solicitors are included within this fee.
If we are required to Bailiff serve the Petition, there are further costs involved although you would usually recover those from the party failing to comply with the requirements of the Court
The above is subject to an hourly rate if unduly protracted/complicated.
Fixed Fee's
Fixed fees in relation to an application for child arrangements order of £500 plus VAT up to the first hearing at Court, provided the matter is not unduly protracted. Fixed fees can sometimes be agreed upon at staged events of such an application but it is dependent on the work entailed in the particular case. We offer fixed fee whenever possible for transparency for our clients. Payment of fixed fees is required before we can proceed with an application.
Our Fixed Fees Include:
• Preparing the C100 application
• Attending the First Court hearing
If we are not able to agree on a fixed fee with you, our hourly rate is £200 per hour plus VAT.
All of the above are subject to hourly rate if unduly protracted/complicated.
Obtaining the information from you setting out the agreement reached between the parties in relation to a financial settlement.
Fixed Fee's
• Fixed fee for drafting a Consent Order already agreed between parties is £500 plus VAT and the application fee of £50. Therefore £650 and this sum is required before we can prepare the documentation.
Our Fixed Fees Include:
• Preparing a Court compliant Consent Order
• Preparing an Application to the Court
• Preparing the D81 Statement of Information for a Consent Order
• Preparing a Pension Sharing Annex (if required)
• Correspondence to the other party/their solicitors and to the Court.
The above is subject to an hourly rate if unduly protracted/complicated.
Financial Settlements: changed at an hourly rate of £200 + VAT plus disbursements

Where possible we aim to offer a fixed fee for our services. However, if the case is unduly protracted/complicated an additional hourly rate will be applicable.
Due to the nature of legal cases, there may be occasions where unforeseen complexity in your case arises or the case requires additional work, we will inform you and provide a revised quote of costs.
Any factors that may potentially affect the costs in your case will be made clear at the initial consultation. If there are any factors that you believe may increase the costs, please let us know.
